I obtained my first glimpse of a real Nazi – a great corpulent creature in the official brown uniform, with a red & black Swastika on his sleeve, & and wearing a small black demi-astrakhan hat with silver symbols embroided thereon: he was drunk, rolled into my café, and was led out by 3 waiters.
